What does my ticket include?
Entrance to the Festival Thursday 3rd of July 12pm - Sunday 5th 12pm  Access to public camping with free showers  An array of Talks, workshops and other daytime activities.

Are local resident tickets available?
Local community tickets will be available from March 2025 These tickets are available for anyone living in Monmouthshire. Email us at info@dancingfam.com for more information.

Refunds?
Yes you are free to resell your ticket.  This can be done privately or through RA ticket resale.   

Can I resell my ticket?
Yes you are free to resell your ticket. This can only be done via RA resale.   

How do I get to the festival location?
Festival Location is Three Pools Farm - Llanvetherine Court, Llanvetherine, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, NP7 8NL.  If coming from London or Bristol there are trains and buses that can easily get you to Abergavenny Station. From Abergavenny there are local taxi services. We recommend booking in advance. 

Are there age restrictions ?
Anyone under the age of 18 is welcome. They need to be accompanied by an adult.

Is it possible to volunteer at the Festival ?
Yes it is! The more the merrier :) We will be making volunteer spots available in the Spring.

What are my accommodation options?
You can bring your own tent or rent out a Bell Tent for the week-end.
